Where it started
SparkPay started with a simple frustration: paying a small team meant a spreadsheet, a banking app, and a lot of praying.

Income tax, done properly
We built tax calculation that gets the bands and the reliefs right on every payslip — the thing generic tools get wrong.

Pension and the statutory contributions joined the run, so compliance stopped being a monthly scramble.
